Brand My Stuff - online, is a digital products store. All files are sent via the internet to the email address that the customer provided when purchasing a product.

Refund Policy

There are no refunds on digital items. Once the work has been done, it can not be undone and you will have already received the files. However, if I have made a mistake in the customization, I will of course redo the artwork at no additional cost.
